Zwei alte Hofstellen sind verschwunden.

Im Jahre 1878, also vor 133 Jahren, wurde die Hofstelle Gockel-Röttgen an dieser Stelle erbaut. Jetzt ist sie dem Erdboden gleichgemacht. Bereits in den 60ziger Jahren wurde das landwirtschaftliche Anwesen umgesiedelt. Danach beherbergte das Wohnhaus mehrere Familien, die ihr Glück mit einer Pommesbude, später dann mit einer Gaststätte suchten. Ein Schrottplatz brachte dann den Zerfall.
Im Hintergrund neben diesem Platz war übrigens der Hof Schwarte, der ebenfalls umgesiedelt wurde. Bis zeletzt wohnte und arbeitete hier die Familie Langehans.
Über eine neue Nutzung ist noch nichts bekannt.
