5. Platz bei den Westfalenmeisterschaften

Am heutigen Sonntag haben die Westfalenmeisterschaften im Völkerball in Westenholz stattgefunden.
Nach einer Auftaktniederlage gegen Schöning (0:5), konnten unsere Mädchen erst im zweiten Spiel gegen Sudhagen (2:0) punkten. Hiernach mussten sie sich allerdings Westenholz (0:2), Mühlhausen (0:2) und Delbrück (0:3) knapp geschlagen geben, bevor sie sich wieder gegen Bentfeld (3:0) durchsetzen konnten. Von sieben angetretenden Mannschaften belegten sie somit mit zwei gewonnenen Spielen den 5. Platz.
