Jahreshauptversammlung Tambourkorps Störmede

   Einladung

das Tambourkorps Störmede lädt alle Mitglieder zur diesjährigen Jahreshauptversammlung am 21. Januar um 19:30 Uhr im Dorfgemeinschaftshaus recht herzlich ein. 
Auf der Tagesordnung stehen folgende Punkte:
  1. Eröffnung durch den 1. Vorsitzenden
  2. Totengedenken der verstorbenen Mitglieder
  3. Verlesung des Protokolls der letzten Jahreshauptversammlung
  4. Geschäftsbericht
  5. Kassenbericht
  6. Bericht der Kassenprüfer sowie Neuwahl eines Kassenprüfers
  7. Bericht der Jugendvertreter
  8. Aufnahme neuer Mitglieder
  9. Ehrung verdienter Mitglieder
  10. Neuwahlen des gesamten Vorstandes
  11. Veranstaltungsprogramm für 2017
  12. Verschiedenes   

für das leibliche Wohl wird gesorgt.
Wie in den vergangenen Jahren werden wir während der Versammlung wieder eine 
„Scheinwerferaktion“  durchführen. Diese ist im diesem Jahr  für den Verein „Nachbarn in Not“ bestimmt.
