Hof der Begegnung jetzt landesweit bekannt

 Im sauerländischen Bad Fredeburg fand eine Informationsveranstaltung der  Z e L E  NRW statt. (Zentrum für ländliche Entwicklung) Thema war die „Seniorengerechte Dorfentwicklung“  ZeLE ist eine Abteilung im Ministerium für Umwelt, Natur und Verbraucherschutz in Düsseldorf, die Kommunen bei der Entwicklung solcher Projekte zur Seite steht. Eingeladen waren alle Kommunen aus NRW, die sich dem Thema verschrieben haben. Unter anderem stellte sich das Zukunftsdorf Legden/Münsterland und die niederrheinische Gemeinde Willich mit ihrem „Plan A“ vor. Franz Pieper, Geschäftsführer der Störmede Baut GmbH stellte dann in einer 30 minütigen Präsentation das Störmeder Projekt „Allen gerechtes Wohnen“ vor. Das Projekt steht in den Startlöcher, die Bagger für den Abriss der alten Stallungen stehen bereit. Franz Pieper konnte den interessierten Zuhören wertvolle Tipps und Anregungen für die Verwirklichung eines solchen Projekts geben. Stolz zeigte sich Franz Pieper über die schnelle Realisierung von der Idee bis zum Bau. Diese betrug gerade mal 2 Jahre, während ähnliche Bauvorhaben 4-6 Jahre benötigten.  Nach Fertigstellung wollen einige Bürgermeister und Dorfentwickler das Projekt besichtigen.
