Progressive Muskelentspannung – „Nimm dir Zeit für dich“

Am Dienstag, den 27. Oktober 2015 von 19.30 bis ca. 21:00 Uhr bietet der LandFrauen-Ortsverband Störmede einen Abend „Progressive Muskelentspannung“ mit Ingeborg Drockner an.
Mit der progressiven Muskelentspannung wird die gesamte Muskulatur gelockert, was zu Entspannung und mehr Ausgeglichenheit führt.
An dem Abend lernt man die Technik dieser Entspannungsmethode und ihre positive Auswirkungen auf Körper, Geist und Seele kennen.

Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt.
