Jugend Fußball Camp beim SuS Störmede gestartet

Bei bestem Fußball Wetter ist am Mittwochmorgen das Fußball Camp der Fußballschule Sauerland auf dem Sportgelände des SuS Störmede gestartet.
 Über 50 Jungen und Mädchen im Alter von 6-13 Jahren wird dort bis Samstag von einem 8.- köpfigen qualifizierten Trainerteam der Fußball näher gebracht. Nach dem jeder Teilnehmer zunächst eine komplette Trainingsbekleidung bekommen hat ging es los.

Technikspezifische Trainingseinheiten sollen den Kindern helfen ihre Fähigkeiten zu verbessern. Auf dem Trainingsplan stehen die Techniken Dribbeln, Ball An- und Mitnahme, Passspiel und vor allem der Torabschluss.
Vielseitiges Fußballtraining steht absolut im Vordergrund und bietet die Grundlage für eine optimale Ausbildung.
Jeden Mittag gibt es ein Mittagessen für echte Sportler. Reichhaltige, ausgewogene und gesunde Kost steht auf dem Essenplan um die Akkus für den zweiten Teil des Trainings wieder aufzuladen.
