Traditionsverein Störmede – Krautbundbinden

2012_krautbundbindenDas Fest Märiä-Himmelfahrt steht vor der Tür. Seit vielen Jahrhunderten ist dieses Fest des Gottesmutter mit der Weihe von Kräutern verbunden. Hierzu werden Kräuter in der Feldflur und in den Gärten gesammelt um am Samstag, den 18. August  zu Sträußen gebunden zu werden. Los geht’s um 15.00 Uhr. Die Kräuter werden in den Tagen von unseren kundigen Kräuterfrauen gesammelt. Bei Waffeln und Geträken schließen wir den Nachmittag.
Am Sonntag werden die Krautbunde vor dem Hochamt  an der Grotte der St.-Pankratius-Kirche geweiht.
