Generalversammlung Fidelia

Der Vorstand des Geselligkeitsverein Fidelia lädt alle Mitglieder und die, die es noch werden wollen, zur diesjährigen Generalversammlung am Samstag, 03.03.2012 ins Haus Nazareth ein. Beginn der Versammlung ist um 20 Uhr. Folgende Punkte stehen auf der Tagesordnung:

1. Begrüßung durch den ersten Vorsitzenden
2. Feststellung der Anwesenden
3. Verlesung des Protokolls der Generalversammlung 2011
4. Jahresbericht des Vorstandes
5. Kassenbericht und Bericht der Kassenprüfer
6. Entlastung des Kassierers und Wahl neuer Kassenprüfer
7. Aufnahme neuer Mitglieder
8. Jubilar-Ehrungen
9. Entlastung des gesamten Vorstandes
10. Neuwahlen des gesamten Vorstandes
11. Verschiedenes

Im Anschluß an die Versammlung findet ein gemeinsames Abendessen statt.

Der Vorstand wünscht der Versammlung einen harmonischen Verlauf und bittet um rege Teilnahme.
