Zwei Motorradfahrer verletzt
Am Sonntag, um 09:15 Uhr, kam es an der Kreuzung Erwitter Straße / Schluitskamp / Rüthener Straße zu einem Unfall. Ein 74-jähriger Mann aus Büren war mit seinem Audi 80 aus Geseke in Richtung Erwitte unterwegs. An der Kreuzung fuhr der Senior trotz Rotlicht weiter. Eine Gruppe aus drei Motorradfahrern überquerte die B1 aus Störmede kommend in Richtung Ehringerfeld. Auf der Kreuzung kollidierte der erste Motorradfahrer mit dem Audi. Der 53-jährige Motorradfahrer aus Verl kam zu Fall und wurde schwer verletzt. Der zweite Biker, ein 52-jähriger Verler, wich dem Unfall aus und stürzte. Dabei wurde er leicht verletzt. An den drei Fahrzeugen entstand Sachschaden von insgesamt circa 13500,-€. Warum der Autofahrer das Rotlicht missachtete ist noch nicht geklärt.
