3. Platz beim Völkerball-Pokalturnier

Am Völkerballturnier in Westenholz am gestrigen Samstag nahmen auch die Störmeder Völkerballerinnen mit Erfolg teil.

Die Völkerballmädchen gewannen in der Gruppe A zwei von drei Spielen: Gegen Verl gewannen sie mit 2:0 Spielerinnen, gegen Delbrück I verloren sie ganz knapp mit 0:1 Spielerinnen und gegen Westenholz II gewannen sie wieder mit 5:0 Spielerinnen. Somit belegten sie in ihrer Gruppe den zweiten Platz und mussten demnach mit der zweitplatzierten Mannschaft aus der Gruppe B, Sudhagen, um den dritten und vierten Platz spielen. Hier gewannen sie mit 5:0 Spielerinnen und konnten somit den 3. Platz für sich entscheiden und ihren ersten Pokal mit nach Hause nehmen. Der erste Platz ging an Delbrück I gefolgt von Schöning.
