Vorstand bestätigt – Yoga neu in der Gymnastik-Abteilung

Das Vorstandsteam der Gymnastik-Abteilung des SuS Störmede:  Hinten von links Elke Heinrich und Sandra Görlitz, vorne von links Edeltraud Rieländer und Julia Grothe

Bei der Abteilungsversammlung Gymnastik des SuS Störmede, am Montag, den 16.01.2023 ist das Vorstandsteam wiedergewählt worden.

Nach den Berichten und Wahlen wurde ein neues Kursangebot vorgestellt. Mit Tatjana Schulte, gebürtige Störmederin hat man eine europaweit erfahrene Yogatrainerin gewinnen können, die schon  Yogaunterricht unter anderem in einem Surf-Camp an der französischen Atlantikküste gegeben hat.

Die Yogakurse sind

  • Dienstags von 18:00 bis 19:00 Uhr in der Turnhalle Störmede
  • Dienstags von 19:15 bis 20:15 Uhr im Haus Nazareth
  • Donnerstags von 16 bis 17:00 Uhr für Senioren im Haus Nazareth

Bei dem Kurs am Donnerstag wird ein sanftes Yoga angeboten das auch für Senioren leicht zu bewältigen ist.
