Alte Herren erreichen Viertelfinale

Durch einen 5:3 Erfolg über den SC Sönnern zogen am vergangenen Samstag die Alte Herren Mannschaft des SuS Störmede in die 4. Hauptrunde des Kreispokals ein.
Es war ein hartes Stück Arbeit, denn die Mannschaft um Kapitän Udo Lass musste in die Verlängerung. Bereits nach 2 Minuten führte der Gast aus Sönnern mit 1:0 und es sah gar nicht gut aus, denn hätte Reinhard Deiters nicht glänzend parriert, hätte es bereits nach 10 Minuten 0:2 gestanden.
Thomas Unterhalt erzielte den Ausgleichtreffer, aber im direkten Gegenzug fiel das 1:2. Meinolf Neuhaus war es nun, der den erneuten Ausgleich schaffte, aber wieder fast im direkten Gegenzug das 2:3.
Es war ein richtiger Pokalfight, der schließlich nach weiteren Toren von Detlev Lass (3:3), Udo Lass (4:3) und nochmals Detlev Lass (5:3) in der Verlängerung gewonnen wurde.
Das nächste Kreispokalspiel findet bereits am kommenden Samstag, 02.09.06 statt.
Unsere Mannschaft muss dieses Mal reisen und zwar nach Anröchte. Anstoß ist um 16:00 Uhr.
