Außerordentliche Mitgliedervers. / Terminkoordination 2023

Der Kulturring Störmede lädt alle seine Mitgliedervereine vertreten durch seine Delegierten zur außerordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung

 am  Montag , den 24.10.2022 um 19:30 Uhr in die Gaststätte Pohle herzlich ein.

Folgende Tagesordnung ist vorgesehen:
TOP 1: Begrüßung
TOP 2: Satzungsänderung
TOP 3: Verschiedenes und Information

Zur Information: unter TOP 2 „Satzungsänderung“ sind einige redaktionelle Änderungen der Satzung nach Schreiben der
Finanzverwaltung NRW vom 02.08.2022 notwendig. 

Im Anschluss an die Versammlung wird ab 20 Uhr die Terminkoordination für 2023 abgehalten

Die Mitgliedervereine werden gebeten im  Vorfeld der Versammlung Ihre Termine  per Mail an Melanie Brinkmann unter m.bri@gmx.net  zu schicken oder während der Versammlung für das nächste Jahr mitzuteilen.
