Stress kann ein Motor für viel Gutes sein, aber auch zu ernsthaften und gesundheitlichen Schäden führen und Arbeitsleistungen sowie das körperliche, geistige und seelische Wohlbefinden massiv beeinträchtigen.

Wir nutzen die Stille des Klosters und lernen, mit verschiedenen Entspannungstechniken, unseren Organismus stressresistenter zu machen und das Immunsystem zu stärken.

Tu deinem Leib etwas Gutes, damit deine Seele Lust hat darin zu wohnen  Teresa von Ávila, (Heilige, 1515-1582)
