Aus organisatorischen Gründen wird das Eltern/Kind-Turnen von Montag auf Freitag verlegt.
Ab den 6.3.2023 gelten folgende neue Übungszeiten :
Freitags: 14:00 – 15:00 Uhr Eltern/Kind-Turnen für 3– 4jährige
15:00 – 16:00 Uhr Eltern/Kind-Turnen für 2 – 3jährige
16:00 – 17:00 Uhr Kinderturnen für 4 – 6 jährige (ohne Eltern)
Der Kurs „Bodyfeeling“ am Donnerstag, 15.09.2022 um 18.30 Uhr im Haus Nazareth fällt aus. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, am Kurs „Wirbelsäulengymnastik“ um 17.30 Uhr im Haus Nazareth ersatzweise teilzunehmen.
Die Sommerferien sind beendet und die Wirbelsäulengymnastik des SuS Störmede startet wieder.

Donnerstag, den 11.08.2022 von 17:30 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr im Haus Nazareth in Störmede
Ab Donnerstag, den 18.08.22 starten wir dann um 18.30 Uhr mit unserer neuen Trainerin Ingrid Fischer das Bodyfeeling als Ersatz für Dance Fit. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Kraft-/Muskelaufbautraining Aber keine Sorge, wir fangen langsam an. Bitte zur ersten Stunde 500 g Hanteln oder 500 ml PET- Wasserflaschen mitbringen. Und natürlich das Schweißtuch nicht vergessen .
