Die beiden letzten Spiele verloren

Wieder einmal denkbar knapp mit 4:5 ging das letzte Spiel der Herren-30-Mannschaft des TC Störmede gegen BW Eickelborn verloren. Das letzte Doppel wurde erst im Match-Tiebreak gegen unsere Mannschaft entschieden. Als vierter der Kreisliga zieht Mannschaftsführer Manuel Dicke nach dem Aufstieg im vergangenen Jahr eine positive Bilanz. Man habe sich etabliert und wolle im nächsten Jahr wieder oben mitspielen. Es gebe viele Anfragen an diese Mannschaft, so dass überlegt werde, noch eine zweite Mannschaft zu melden.

Klar mit 0:6 ging das letzte Spiel der U-18-Junioren gegen den TV Erwitte verloren, wobei wegen der Verletzung von Nino Crea ein Einzel und ein Doppel gegen uns gewertet wurden. Durch viel Verletzungspech und Ausfälle einiger Stammspieler war man mit dem Verlauf der Saison dennoch zufrieden, so Mannschaftsbetreuer Dietmar Wieneke.
Damit endet die Medenspiel-Sommersaison für den TC Störmede dennoch einigermassen zufriedenstellend.
