Dieter Jäger gewinnt Eröffnungsturnier

Mit knappen Vorsprung konnte Dieter Jäger das Eröffnungsturnier des Tennisclubs SC-Lob für sich entscheiden. Hinter ihm landeten Meinolf Reitemeier und Franz Brüggemeier punktgleich auf dem zweiten Platz.
Pünktlich um 09.00 Uhr begannen die Aufbauarbeiten und keiner der Teilnehmer glaubte ernsthaft an eine Durchführung. Doch der Wettergott war gütig gestimmt und so konnte das Turnier ohne ein Regenschauer um 10.00 Uhr stattfinden. Auch die Temperatur stieg ständig an, so dass in kurzer Hose und ohne Jacke gespielt werden konnte. Mittags kam dann pünktlich zum Grillen die Sonne und erst nachdem das letzte Spiel gegen 15.30 zu Ende war, begannen die Regenschauer. Für alle Teilnehmer gab es zur Erinnerung noch ein SC-Lob T-Shirt.
Gegen 18.00 Uhr klang die Veranstaltung feucht-fröhlich aus.
