Einladung zur Jahreshauptversammlung

Das Tambourkorp Störmede lädt alle Mitglieder zu diesjährigen Jahreshauptversammlung am Samstag den 17.01.2015m Dorfgemeinschaftshaus recht herzliche ein. Beginn ist um 19:30 Uhr

Folgende Tagesordnungspunkte stehen an:

1. Eröffnung durch den ersten Vorsitzenden
2. Totengedenken der verstorbenen Mitglieder
3. Verlesung des Protokoll der letzten Generalversammlung
4. Geschäftsbericht des Geschäftsführers
5. Kassenbericht
6. Bericht der Kassenprüfer sowie Neuwahl eines Kassenprüfers
7. Bericht des Jugendvertreters
8. Aufnahme neuer Mitglieder
9.Ehrung verdienter Mitglieder
10. Veranstaltungsprogramm für 2015
11. Verschiedenes

Um pünktliches und zahlreiches Erscheinen wird gebeten.
Für das leibliche Wohl wird gesorgt.
