Insgesamt 22 Kinder, 15 Jungen und 9 Mädchen feierten gestern in der geschmückten St.-Pankratius-Kirche Ihre erste heilige Kommunion. Nach dem von Pfarrer Thomas Schmidt zelebrierten und von dem Geseker Gospelchor musikalisch begleitetem Gottesdienst, erhielten die Kinder von der Gemeinde noch ein Geschenk.

Am Abend traf man sich um 18.00 Uhr noch einmal zu einem Dankgebet, dass von der Gemeindehelferin Frau Friedrichs durchgeführt wurde. Nach dem Dankgebet bedankten sich Eltern und die Kommunionkinder bei Frau Friedrichs für Ihren Einsatz mit einem kleinen Geschenk.
