Machen Sie Ihre guten Vorsätze für 2011 wahr – machen Sie sich jetzt fit fürs neue Jahr.
Die Gymnastikabteilung bietet ab dem 26.01.2011, 20:00 Uhr in der Sporthalle Störmede einen neuen Bewegungskurs an.
In diesem Kurs wird unter sportfachlicher Leitung eine Kombination aus Übungen wie z.B. Bauch-Beine- Po, Aerobic u. Wirbelsäulen-gymnastik angeboten.
Angesprochen sind all diejenigen, die gerne in einer Gruppe mit Spaß Sport betreiben möchten um ihre Fitness zu steigern. Sport beugt Gesundheitsproblemen vor.
