Generalversammlung der St.-Pankratius-Schützenbruderschaft

Am kommenden Samstag, dem 08.01.2005, hält die St.-Pankratius-Schützenbruderschaft Störmede 1669 e.V. ihre ordentliche Generalversammlung um 19.30 Uhr in der Aula der Störmeder Grundschule ab, zu welcher der Vorstand um Oberst Heinrich Siedhoff alle Vereinsmitglieder ganz herzlich einlädt. Bei der diesjährigen Generalversammlung steht u.a. die Neuwahl des kompetten Vorstandes an. Vor der Generalversammlung hält unser Präses Thomas Schmidt um 18.00 Uhr in der Pfarrkirche eine Messe für die Lebenden und Verstorbenen der Schützenbruderschaft. Die musikalische Begleitung der Messe und der anschließenden Generalversammlung erfolgt durch den Musikzug Störmede.

Gemäß Vorstandsbeschluss sollen auf der Generalversammlung die nachfolgenden Tagesordnungspunkte abgehandelt werden:

1) Eröffnung und Begrüßung
2) Gedenken der verstorbenen Mitglieder
3) Verlesung des Protokolls der letzten Generalversammlung
4) Aufnahme neuer Mitglieder
5) Geschäftsbericht 2004
6) Kassenbericht 2004
7) Bericht der KLassenprüfer, Entlastung des Schatzmeisters sowie des gesamten Vorstandes
8) Wahl eines neuen Kassenprüfers
9) Gestaltung des Schützenfestes 2005
10) Neuwahlen des Vorstandes
11) Verschiedenes und Information

Im Gegensatz zu den Vorjahren beginnt die Generalversammlung bereits um 19.30 Uhr und damit eine halbe Stunde eher!
