Der Vorsitzende des Förderverein der St.Pankratiusschule Störmede Elmar Brexel lädt zur  Mitgliederversammlung  am 18.11.2020 um 19:30 Uhr  in das Gasthaus Pohle herzlich ein.

 Tagesordnung:

  1. Eröffnung und Begrüßung durch den Vorsitzenden
  2. Feststellung der ordnungsgemäßen Ladung
  3. Verlesen des Protokolls der letzten Versammlung
  4. Bericht des Vorstandes über das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr
  5. Kassenbericht
  6. Bericht der Kassenprüfer
  7. Neuwahl eines Kassenprüfers
  8. Neuwahl des gesamten Vorstands
  9. Bericht der Randstundenbetreuung
  10. Beitragserhöhung Randstunde
  11. Informationen bezüglich Erweiterung und Sanierung der Randi
  12. Verschiedenes

Aufgrund der Covid 19 Pandemie findet die Versammlung unter Einhaltung der Abstands und Hygiene Regeln statt. Während der Versammlung ist das Tragen einer Mund- Nase Bedeckung Plicht.
