Landfrauen gegen den Stress

Was ist Stress, woher kommt er und was kann man dagegen tun? Mit dieser Frage haben sich jetzt die Landfrauen aus dem Ortsverband Störmede beschäftigt. Dazu hatten sie Entspannungspädagogin Ingeborg Drockner eingeladen. In der Generalversammlung stellte die Referentin verschiedene Entspannungsmethoden vor, unter anderem auch die Klangschalen-Therapie, bei der unterschiedliche Schwingungen auf den Körper wirken. Neben dem Vortrag standen im Westfalensaal Meyer in Langeneicke auch Regularien auf der Tagesordnung, die die Teamsprecherinnen Eva Schulte-Döinghaus, Anja Wiehen und Karin Sprink vortrugen. Darüber hinaus berichtete Ute Schilling aus dem Kreisvorstand über Aktuelles auf Kreisebene.
