Projekt „Wäschebach“ gestartet

Große Ereignisse werfen Ihre Schatten voraus uns so trafen sich in der letzten Woche die Anlieger der Strassen „Puisterpatt/Im Hagen/Schlachtfeld“, um den bereits vor einigen Jahren geplanten Umbau des Störmeder „Wäschebachs“ in Angriff zu nehmen und damit beim Dorfwettbewerb „Unser Dorf soll schöner werden“ noch ein weiteres Schmuckstück Störmedes präsentieren zu können. Nach einer kurzen Ortbesichtigung war man sich einig, erst einmal nach „vergrabenen“ Steinplatten des Original-Waschplatzes zu suchen, die laut Aussagen älterer Anlieger noch im Bachbett, bzw. am Ufer lagern sollten. Gesagt, getan am vergangenen Freitag fing man an zu buddeln und stieß auch sofort auf die ersten Platten. Am Samstag wurden dann die Platten mit Hilfe von Antonius und Dennis Brinkhaus aus dem Bachbett geborgen.
