Störmeder Herzblut zieht Kreise

Seit dem Kreisschützenfest im Jahr 2012 erfreut sich das „Störmeder Herzblut“ zunehmender Beliebtheit inzwischen auch über die Grenzen unseres Ortes hinaus. Und so konnte Pastor Thomas Zwingmann am Ende einer persönlichen Begegnung im Vatikan auch Papst Franziskus wenige Tage vor dessen 88. Geburtstag eine Flasche des leckeren Likörs überreichen. Auf den augenzwinkernden Ratschlag unseres Präses: „Heiliger Vater, jeden Tag ein kleines Gläschen und Sie werden 100 Jahre alt!“ reagierte der Papst mit einem herzhaften Lachen. Sichtlich vergnügt bedankte sich der Papst für das Geschenk und bat darum, das Gebet für ihn und seinen Dienst auch in Deutschland nicht zu vergessen.
