Störmede stellt den Maibaum auf

Am 01. Mai 2009 um 11.00 Uhr wird traditionell am Stein an der Lange Straße der Maibaum aufgestellt. Für einige Monate wird er mit seinen bunten Bändern und seinen liebevoll erstellten Handwerkssymbolen auf sich aufmerksam machen. Die 16 Handwerkssymbole, die den Stamm schmücken, demonstrieren in beeindruckender Weise die Stärke des heimischen Handwerks. Ein Getränke- und Würstchenstand laden zum Verweilen bei netten Gesprächen und flotter Livemusik ein. Diese wird erstmalig von der niederländischen Musikgruppe „OP TIED MUUJ“ gemacht(siehe Foto). Finanziert wird diese Gruppe von unserer Ortsvorsteherin Maria Sprink und den Ratsmitgliedern. Für die freundliche Bedienung sorgen erstmals die Mitglieder des Jugendecks. Hierzu laden wir alle Bewohner, Gäste sowie Maiwandergruppen aus Nah und Fern herzlich ein.
Für überdachte Sitzgelegenheiten ist in jedem Fall gesorgt.
