Störmeder Schützen fahren zum Bundesschützenfest nach Warstein

Am kommenden Wochenende nimmt auch die St.-Pankratius-Schützenbruderschaft am Bundesschützenfest des Sauerländer Schützenbundes im Warstein teil. Am Samstag begeleiten der Vorstand, die Fahnenabordnungen und die Offiziere unseren König Werner Harrenkamp zum Vogelschießen um die Würde des Bundeskönigs. Die Abfahrt erfolgt um 12.10 Uhr ab Gaststätte Pohle in kompletter Schützenuniform ohne Degen (Ausnahme: Die Fahnensekundanten mit Degen). Am Sonntag nehmen das Königpaar mit Hofstaat, der Vorstand, die Fahnenabordnungen und Offiziere sowie alle interessierten Jungschützen am großen Festumzug in Warstein teil. Die Abfahrt erfolgt um 13.45 Uhr an der Kirchstraße. Da der Kreisschützenbund Lippstadt mit seinen Mitgliedsvereinen erst relativ spät los marschiert, brauchen wir nicht eher zu fahren. Alle Schützen erscheinen in kompletter Schützenuniform, die Hofherren und Jungschützen tragen Zylinder und weiße Handschuhe, aber kein Gewehr. An dieser Stelle wünsche ich allen Teilnehmern viel Spaß in Warstein bei hoffentlich etwas besserem Wetter. Unserem König Werner Harrenkamp drücken wir natürlich feste die Daumen für das Vogelschießen. Toi, toi, toi!
